BBG was engaged by CUA to enhance the value of its sponsorship of the Brisbane Heat. BBG conducted a review of the Big Bash property and associated marketing activities, with a focus on social channels. We conducted a review of all media spend, social media listening, and social media campaign development and execution.
With BBG’s guidance, CUA achieved significant ROI on the sponsorship, and achieved growth across all social platforms. CUA’s social team will apply the learnings from social listening to its community management strategy in the next Big Bash season.
